Membership Guide

• CLUB AMBER is the integrated membership of Ambassador Hotel Group. Affiliate hotels that allow the use of membership service may be added or excluded depending on the circumstances of the hotel.
• Sign up may be done by online sign-up page or membership department (+82 2-2278-4100), and the payment is made through the recall system of membership department.
• Minors younger than 19, corporates, associations, and groups cannot sign up for this membership.
• Membership benefit is available for one year after sign up with payment. (All benefits can only be used within their valid periods.)
• Membership cards and coupons cannot be transferred to another party. (However, coupon transfer is only available for member who recommended Friends Card)
• For the re-issue of a card due to loss or damage, a re-issue fee of KRW 10,000 is required. (Same service is also available through a mobile card that is issued together at the point of sign up)
• Some special offers such as promotion and room packages may excluded for room discount.
• Food & beverage discount is not applicable for promotional menu, banquet events, or retailed products.
• Food & beverage discount cannot be applied to multiple tables at the same time, and it cannot divided into multiple payments.
• The use of discount and coupon may not be available in some promotional offers and restaurants that are designated by the hotel.
• CLUB AMBER members are granted Silver level and save points as Ambassador Club once signed up. (Refer to Ambassador Club Benefit for Ambassador Club levels and points details)
• Buffet coupons are subject to additional charge in case of promotion menus and price increases.
• Additional KRW 20,000 will be charged when using the Buffet coupon at THE AMBASSADOR SEOUL - A PULLMAN HOTEL (Only members who join after December 2022)

User Guide

• Redemption of points is unavailable if a required information of member at the time of sign up (name, gender, date of birth, phone number) omitted.
• Point savings are unavailable in the following cases.
  (Discounted value, tax, some promotional offers, mini-bar, room service, gift card, coupon, points redemption, reservation through other online sites except website and mobile app of Ambassador Hotel Group(ambatel.com) and other travel agency offers, saving dual points with another membership.
• Unsaved points can be saved if a receipt is presented to the hotel within 30 days of the use date.
• Points can be saved up to two rooms at one time based on the payment by the member.
