Membership Usage Guide

• CLUB AMBER is the integrated membership program of the Ambassador Hotel Group. Services and coupons available at participating locations may be added or removed at the hotel's discretion.
• Applications for membership can be made through the online application page, the Membership Management Team (02-2278-4100), and affiliated hotels. Payment for online applications will be processed through the Membership Management Team's Happy Call.
• Minors under the age of 19, corporations, associations, or other organizations are not eligible to join.
• The service and card are valid for one year from the date of subscription fee payment. (All benefits can only be used within the validity period.)
• Discounts and coupon benefits are limited to the member and require presentation of the physical or mobile card. (This also applies to point accumulation and use.)
• Discounts and coupon benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
• Cards and coupons cannot be transferred to others.
• If you need to reissue your card due to loss or damage, a reissue fee of 10,000 won will be charged. (The same service is available with the mobile card issued upon registration.)
• Room discounts do not apply to certain products, such as promotions and package deals.
• Food and beverage outlet discounts do not apply to promotions, banquet events, or retail items.
• Food and beverage establishment discounts cannot be applied to multiple tables at the same time or to multiple people.
• Discounts and coupons may be restricted at certain hotel-designated promotions or restaurants.
• CLUB AMBER members are granted Ambassador Club Silver status upon registration. (For details on Ambassador Club status and points, see Ambassador Club Benefits.)
• Members who already have a paid membership card can also apply for an additional CLUB AMBER card. If you own multiple cards, your points will be consolidated and managed
  (as long as the required information entered upon registration matches).
• If required information (name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number) is missing during registration, use of points will be restricted.
• Points can be accumulated based on the amount paid by the member for a maximum of 2 rooms per stay.
• Unaccumulated points can be accumulated by submitting a receipt to the hotel within 30 days from the date of use.
• Points are not accrued for discounted amounts, taxes, certain promotions, minibars, room service, gift certificates, coupons, point usage, reservations made on online sites other than the Ambassador Hotel Group website (ambatel.com) and mobile app, travel agency products, or overlapping accrual of points from other membership programs.

Coupon Usage Guide

• Coupons are provided in electronic form and can be viewed on the Ambassador Hotel Group website (ambatel.com) and mobile app. (Membership is required to receive coupons.)
• CLUB AMBER discounts and other discounts do not apply to the coupon usage amount.
• For coupons, use is restricted on 12/24, 12/25, and 12/31.
• Please be sure to use coupons within their validity period. Coupons that have expired cannot be used.
• Room coupon reservations can only be made through the Ambassador Hotel Group website (ambatel.com) and mobile app ( available through My Page > My Coupons ).
• Room coupons can be used up to 2 times.
• Room coupons may be subject to restrictions depending on hotel reservation circumstances.
• Restaurant & Bar 50,000 won voucher and Corkage Free voucher cannot be used. Business and menu: Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam: Oubliang - Coupon cannot be used for the menu.
• Each food and beverage coupon and facility voucher can be used up to two times (excluding deli vouchers and other affiliate coupons).
• When using food and beverage coupons, the coupon amount will be applied to shipping. CLUB AMBER discounts apply only to the difference between the regular price and the coupon amount, as well as to the amount spent by accompanying customers. (Deli vouchers are not eligible for discounts.)
• Food and beverage vouchers cannot be refunded after use, and the difference cannot be used at other restaurants and bars.
• The 50,000 won restaurant & bar voucher is restricted from using promotional menus, retail items, and room service menus.
• Buffet vouchers may incur additional charges for promotional menus, price increases, and peak season use at the end of the year.
• When using the buffet voucher at Ambassador Seoul Pullman, an additional payment fee of 10,000 won will be charged.
