Whisper Your Love on Valentine’s Day with ‘Spicy Love’ Menu

The sweetest anniversary for sweet couples, Valentine’s Day, is just around the corner. Novotel Ambassador Gangnam celebrates the 2011 Valentine’s Day and presents a special menu ‘Spicy Love’ featured by a Michilin chef at the Bistro.

The Bistro, popular for its luxury ambience and quality services, presents ‘Spicy Love’ menu on February 14 for 110,000won with command of the Executive chef Mr. Gerard Mosiniak. 

The special menu includes appetizer [Gratinated oysters and caviar] followed by [Clear shellfish consomme flavored with ginseng and lemon grass, crab meat wanton] and [Marbled foie gras slightly spiced with Garam massala, toasted Slice of country bread, baby lettuce flavored with hazelnut oil, mandarin chutney] Main dish can be chosen from [Scallops feuillete, Champagne and Tahitien vanilla flavored ‘beurre blanc’] and [Beef filet ‘en chevreuil’ morel mushrooms and green pistachio risotto] Dessert is available with coffee and Valentine’s Day’s signature Chocolate. A complimentary glass of Moet Chandon is offered with order of Spicy Love menu.

All dishes feature hazelnut, vanilla and lemon spices to spice up the romantic dinner with the beloved one.
