The Japanese Super Dining Restaurant ‘SHUNMI’ at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam makes a special invitation for guests to the taste of snow land in Japan, Fukkaido and Tohoku. Fukkaido and Tohoku are better known as a snow land and used as  background of a Japanese movie ‘Love Letter’ and a Korean TV Drama ‘Iris.’ From Decemberr, 2010 to the end of February, 2011, the restaurant presents a special course & a la carte menu featuring premium Sake from Fukkaido and Tohoku.  

‘Fukkaido’ is located in the northern edge of Japan and widely known as a snowy land in the winter. Adjacent to Russia, it’s abundant in crabs and shells. Fukkaido’s favorite ≪ Otokoyama Junmai Kinjo≫, 350,000won, is the best premium Sake among Junmai Daiginjo. Another authentic Sake from Fukkaido, ≪ Otokoyama Dokubetsu Junmai≫ is the most exported Sake of Korea and offered at SHUNMI for 90,000won.  

Tohoku, southern part of Fukkaido, is popular for its clean environment and snowy climate during winter.   ≪ Ichinokura Tokubetsu Junmi≫ from Miyagi of Tohoku, is produced from under 60%-polished rice and yeast and water offering deep, savory taste.
