Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, a French chain hotel, offers a special French cuisine promotion ‘A Culinary Journey to France’ for November and December presented by the chief chef, Mr. Gerad Mosiniak, a former one-star Michellin chef.  



France, a country of gourmets, is widely known for its over 8,000 kinds of cuisines delivering full of joys to the people. Versailles, better known with its Palace, is located in the northern part of France and the home of authentic French cuisines originated from the Palace of Versailles.
