The International Dining Restaurant Cafe de Chef at Grand Ambassador Seoul presents ‘Winter Oyster Promotion’ from January 15 through February 28. Featuring various choices of oyster dishes, the promotion’s recipes are delivered by the executive chef, Wayne Golding. Available menus are a lunch set, 5 course dinner set and 5 types of Oyster Platters as well as a la carte.


 


The lunch and dinner set, cordially prepared by the executive chef, combine all tastes of Asian and Western oysters available at guest’s table. The main dish can be chosen from Oyster with Medallions of Monk Fish, Oyster Kilpatrick with Spring Lamb, Grilled Shrimp & Oyster Rockefeller and Carpetbag Steak with Caesar Salad. The salad bar is complimentary with order of lunch set whilst 5-course dinner set provides the authentic combination of oyster delicacies of Daily Selection of Bread, Oyster Sampler, Oyster Chowder, Banana Caramel Tart or Fruit Plate and Coffee or Tea. A selection of a la carte is also available such as Oyster Natural, Oyster Kilpatrick, Oyster Rockefeller, Oyster Mornay and more. Lunch set from KRW 35,000 to KRW 65,000, Dinner set from KRW 48,000 to KRW 75,000, a la carte from KRW 12,000 to KRW 42,000
