Ambassador Hotel Group received the best award in ‘2010 Korea Customer Satisfaction Awards.’ The awards,
hosted by The Economic Daily and The Hankyung Magazine, are presented to corporations with high customer
satisfaction via reflecting customers needs on products or services. The awarded corporations are evaluated
and selected by a group of judges who score on various criteria such as customer satisfaction system and
organization, actual implementation of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction result and so on.
On February 23, 2010, the ceremony for ‘2010 Korea Customer Satisfaction Awards’ were held at Millennium
Hilton Hotel and as a representative of the Ambassador Hotel Group Mr. Han-Ki Park, the president of Grand
Ambassador Seoul, was present to receive the Grand Prize of Customer Satisfaction. The Best Award went to
Iroonet, BBQ and CJ Foodville while 5 other companies were named best in each industry category, Gymboree
