The Charity Committee of 5 Accor-Ambassador hotels made a visit to The House of Hope, a welfare house for the disabled with age of 3 -32. Accompanied by members of Cercle Franco-Coreen (CFC, a Korean-French ladies social community), the visit was made to deliver a fund raised from the sales of a charity cook book CFC Cooking Book, published by the CFC in cooperation with Accor-Ambassador hotels. The 2nd fund 3,850,000 won was spent on some new furniture and electronics for the house, which has newly moved to a new house in Sungnam, Kyunggi province. Aside from CFCs charity fund, Accor-Ambassador hotels in Seoul also supported the house with 1-million worth of gasoline, rice, wheat, sugar, oil and so on. The special visit was encouraged by the general managers of each hotel including Mr. Gerome Stubert of Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, Mr. Rodney Trutwein of Novotel Ambassador Doksan, Mr. Richard Chung from Ibis Ambassador Seoul and Mr. J. K Lee, director of Sofitel Ambassador Seoul, who came to an agreement with CFC on further supportive actions for The House of Hope.
