Introducing Special Lunch Formula with Fresh & Seasonal Ingredients

Europoean Restaurant ‘the Bistro’, located on the lobby floor of Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, introduces a special new business lunch menu ‘Special Lunch Formula’ to satisfy the most recent demand from business people for the ideal place for business lunch meeting.

The lunch formula, commanded by the chief chef, Gerard Mosiniak, has 4 types to choose from : 29,000won for main dish only, 41,000won for appetizer & main dish, 37,000won for main dish & dessert and 49,000won for appetizer, main dish & dessert (exclusive of 10% VAT).

Available appetizers include [French Onion soup] as the soup of day, [Slow poached egg and green asparagus, fresh herb dressing] , [Fougasse bread ‘tartine’ with tomato compote, tapenade, anchovies and parmesan] and [Warm new potatoes and sausage salad with Meaux mustard dressing]. Also [Beef Carpaccio with pesto, parmesan and rucula] and [Salmon Carpaccio with Asiatic flavours] are available for additional 3,000won.

Main dishes feature [Braised shin of pork and vegetable stew] ,[Classic Cheese Burger] with bacon, baked onion and green salad, [Homemade dry ham and red pepper risotto], [Linguini with sauteed prawns, seasoned with cherry tomato compote and fresh basil], [Korean Bun with pork belly ‘confit’, cucumber seasoned with wasabi mayonnaise served with French fries] [Salmon filet snacked, ‘choron’ sauce, sauteed young spinach and ‘Anna’ potatoes] and [Mixed grill of meat marinated with thyme flowers and garlic ‘confit’, chips of polenta and mixed green salad] are also available for additional 5,000won. And more with complimentary beverage such as soda, draft beer or coffee or tea. House wine is also orderable for additional 5,000won.

A set of desserts are ready for various guests’ tastes including [Opera Sauce Arabica] , [Cheese Cake, Red Fruits Coulis] , [Paris-Brest] , [Fresh Fruits Platter and Lemon Sorbet] and [Assortment of Ice Cream and Sorbet].
