European Restaurant ‘the Bistro’ at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam presents a special chef’s special promotion ‘Autumn Palate’ with selected dishes prepared by the chief chef, Mr. Gerard Mosiniak.


 


Celebrating his 50th year in culinary arts, Mr. Mosiniak is a Michelin star chef and created his own recipes of low-calorie & high-nutrition with which he lost 10 kg of weight.


 


The new ‘Fall Palate’ menu also reflects the chief chef’s consideration on the Health and Diet.


 


The appetizer [White tuna half salted, Polynesian style revisited] is a signiture menu for the Bistro, which is followed by [Duck foie gras and smoked magret log, mango and raisins chutney Baby salad with hazelnut oil dressing] and [Vol au vent of black mushrooms, black pork belly And slow poached egg, Old port sauce and mesclun salad]. The main dish is  [Pacific fresh sea bass ‘a la plancha’ with Mediterranean flavors] or [Beef filet slivers and braised beef cheek In wonton red wine sauce, pan fried baby spinach with nutmeg], and [Iced cold souffle flavored with Grand Marnier] is served as dessert. Tea or coffee is included for lunch.
