Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, a French chain hotel, makes a warm welcome to the winter 2010 and presents a special culture package ‘Like the Royals in the Versailles’ at 159,000won ~ 319,000won with tickets to a special exhibition of Versailles.  

The package includes one romantic night with a view to the lighted street while 23k gold ice wine and gold powdered garnish chocolate create the sweetest year-end mood for the beloved one. Also featured in the package is teh special breakfast buffet at ‘The SQUARE’ commanded by the newly appointed chief chef, Mr. Gerad Mosiniak, a former one-star Michellin chef.  

Besides the guestroom package, restaurant ‘the bistro’ on the lobb features a special menu bringing the authentic taste from the Palace of Versailles. ≪ The Versailles Set ≫, used to be enjoyed by the royals at the Palace of Versailles, presents ‘Slightly Spiced Marbled Duck Foie Gras Terrine, Fig Chutney, Toasted Country Bread’ or ‘Seared Scallops on a bed of melted Leeks, White Butter and Noilly Sauce’ as the appetizer while ‘Salmon Filet encrusted with Fresh Herbs and Roasted Almonds, sauteed Baby Spinach in Salted Butter’ or ‘Seared Beef Filet with Cepe Mushrooms, Old Port Wine Sauce, Pressed potatoes and Bohemian vegetables’ is available for the main dish. ‘A dark chocolate mousse flavoured with old rum and pistachio nuts biscoti’ and coffee (or tea) are served for dessert. The price is 62,000won (exclusive of 10% VAT) and a 20% discount is offered for the package guests.
