The season of spring is just around the corner with new blossoms amusing everyone’s eyes.

To cheer up the palate for spring, Novotel Ambassador Gangnam presents a crispy and nutritious ‘White Asparagus’
menu from April 1 through end of June. 

The special set menu, available at the European restaurant, the bistro, has 3 types with lunch sets priced at 48,000
won, 50,000 won and 52,000 won while dinner sets are offered at 52,000 won, 56,000 won and 60,000 won.

The various attractive dishes are included in the set menus including Grilled sea scallops and white asparagus, tomato concasse with lemon cream sauce, White asparagus soup with black truffle and grissini pesto, White asparagus
in cheese fondue flavored with truffle oil, Tortellini with prawn, white asparagus cream sauce, Sirloin in port wine
with goose liver sauce, white asparagus, soft potatoes and seasonal vegetables, Pan-fried sea bass, potatoes, grilled tomatoes, white asparagus on lemon butter sauce, Apple tart with pistachio sauce, tule with mocha ice cream.

As a sure sign of spring, Asparagus is widely enjoyed in Europe and U.S and most tasteful during April and May.
‘White Asparagus’ is, though, only available in Europe and preferred over green one due to its superior flavor and
