On December 14, Novotel Ambassador Gangnam held a special Christmas charity event with a theme of “Together
with society, Let’s Share Our Love”’

Christmas usually begins as early as in November as it brings extravagant decoration in most luxury hotels,
shopping places and tower buildings in town. It is quite natural to provide the right mood for the year’s best
year-end holiday. Novotel Ambassador Gangnam, however, finds its own way to celebrate the blessed day.
The hotel decorates itself to share the blessings with the community by delivering love to the neighbors in need.

On December 14, the hotel had a special delivery of rice and cake to about 70 households with single-living
seniors, juveniles, and other neighbors in need. The recipients were residents in Ilwon-dong and Daechi-dong,
who welcomed the Santa Clause-costumed hotel staff.

This year’s charity event “Let’s Share Our Love ? Rice Donation 2009” is a part of hotel’s Green Globe campaign.
The hotel acquired Green Globe bronze mark in March, 2009. Green Globe is an official certified mark given by
EC3 Globe, a world-wide environmental advisory institute who pursues non-polluted growth with low use of carbon.
Since 2009, the hotel has constantly been more active in promoting sustainable development as it decided to
operate all outlets under environment-friendly system.
