- The first Tuesday of every month is a regular closing day for hotel facilities (swimming pool, fitness center, Kids Zone, etc.).
* The regular maintenance day for April 2026 will be changed to Wednesday, April 1.
- The outdoor rooftop swimming pool will open from Friday, April 3.
- Access to the rooftop outdoor swimming pool is limited to guests aged 19 and above.
- A swimming cap must be worn when using the indoor swimming pool.
- Disposable items such as toothbrushes are not provided. All amenities are offered in large-capacity containers in accordance with the government’s Resource Recycling Law.
- Pets are not permitted inside the hotel or in guest rooms. (Except for guide dogs.)
