The One-Star Michelin Now in Charge

Hotel Novotel Ambassador Gangnam Seoul has recently appointed its new executive chef, Mr. Gerad Mosiniak. 

Mosiniak, a French chef who started his culinary career at age of 14, has had worked over 40 years  in various countries including France, U.K, Monaco, Corsica, Egypt, Mauritius, Morocco and more.

His earlier workplaces include Two & Three-star Michelin restaurants in France and in 1980s, the French chef had owned his own French restaurant ‘La Grenouille’ a One-Star Michelin restaurant in London, U.K.  

Acknowledged by Michelin Guide, the world’s highest recognized restaurant guide, Mr. Mosiniak has another career outside culinary arts ; It is music. He used to be a chef exclusive to Keith Richards, the guitarist of the legendary ‘Rolling Stones’ when they temporiliy resided in France. As luck as he could get, Mosiniak had a chance to meet the legendary musicians such as Mick Jagger, John Lenon and other members of The Beatles. Inspired by the top-class musisians, Mosiniak formed his own rock band and performed as a singer from 1971 to 1980. With his life-time job as a chef, the former rock band leader still enjoys his talent in music.
