Operating Hours: 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM
• Break Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• The Fitness center, including indoor and infinity pools, gym closed on the first Tuesday of each month. If the first Tuesday is a public holiday, the second Tuesday is closed for the month, and the closing date may change depending on the hotel's circumstances.
• Fitness center closing date: 14th Apr, 12th May, 9th Jun
• Guests under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the bath & shower facility.
• There may be restrictions on use during events or venue rentals, and the Seoul International Fireworks Festival.
• The bath & shower facility is open to children aged under 15 years old, accompanied by a responsible adult.
• The bath & shower facility should not be used by guests who have consumed alcohol.
• Food purchased outside is prohibited from being brought in except water.
• The hotel will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents caused by guests.
• Kindly note that cell phone and electronic devices use of any kind is strictly prohibited. When found photo-taking with the device, you may be subject to dismissal and legal penalties.
• Entry may be restricted if you have a tattoo exceeding 15cm. Please wear a rash guard or attach a patch.
• Depending on operating conditions, it can be operated on a part-time basis.
• Photography and video recording for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited, and may asked to leave.
