Membership Usage Guide

  • Membership benefits last for one year after signing up. (All benefits can only be used within the validity period.)
  • Membership cards and coupons are issued through the mobile app, and no physical cards or coupons are issued.
  • Corporations, associations, groups, and minors under the age of 19 are not eligible for membership.
  • Membership applications can be made online or by calling the Membership Management Department (02-2278-4100). Payments are made over the phone through the Membership Management Department.
  • Membership discounts and coupon benefits are limited to the member and require presentation of the mobile membership card. (This also applies to point accumulation and use.)
  • Membership discounts and coupon benefits cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Membership cards and coupons cannot be transferred to others.
  • A 5% discount is applied to package products when room discount is applied, and some promotional products may be excluded.
  • When booking a room through an online site other than the Ambassador Hotel Group website (ambatel.com), you will receive designated Ambassador Club points for the room type you booked on the first night. (See Terms and Conditions for details.)
  • Food and beverage outlet discounts do not apply to promotions, banquet events, or retail items.
  • Food and beverage establishment discounts cannot be applied to multiple tables at the same time or to multiple people.

Coupon Usage Guide

  • Membership cards and coupons are provided electronically and can be accessed after registering on the Ambassador Hotel Group website (ambatel.com). (Existing members will receive coupons in their existing account.)
  • When using a coupon, you must present your mobile membership card and mobile coupon.
  • Member discounts and other overlapping discounts do not apply to the coupon usage amount.
  • Coupon redemption dates: 12/24, 12/25, 12/31
  • Please be sure to use coupons within their validity period. Coupons that have expired cannot be used.
  • Up to three food and beverage coupons can be used at a time (excluding other membership and affiliate coupons).
  • When using food and beverage coupons, the coupon amount will be applied to the shipping cost, and the membership discount will be applied to the difference between the regular price and the number of accompanying guests, at a discount rate based on the total number of visitors.
  • Discounts and coupons may be restricted at certain hotel-designated promotions or restaurants.
  • Food and beverage vouchers cannot be refunded after use, and the remaining balance cannot be used at other restaurants and bars.
  • The 50,000 won restaurant & bar voucher is not valid on promotional menus, retail items, or room service menus.
  • Availability may be restricted depending on hotel and business circumstances. Advance reservations and confirmation are required for each hotel and business.
