Premium Fugu(Globefish) Special Menu

The Japanese Super Dining Restaurant ‘SHUNMI’ at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam introduces its winter specialty ‘Fugu (Globefish) Special’ from November 14 to February 24, 2012. 

The popularity of globefish, containing venom, was originated from China where a famous poet cited globefish as ‘worth risking your life.’ Indeed, the taste of globefish is dependent on the severity of venom it offers.  

Provided with command of professional Globefish chef, the special gourmet Fugu, 180,000won, features Dainty, Appetizer , Globe Fish  Sashimi, Deep-Fried Globe Fish, Globe Fish with vegetables in a Hot pot, Vinegared Globe Fish Skin, Globe Fish porridge, Pickles and dessert. Also, ‘GLOBE FISH CHIRINABE TEISHOKU’ is available for 90,000won while Fugu sashimi is on the list for 130,000won and Globe Fish Chirinabe for 75,000won, Vinegared Globe Fish Skin and Hire Sake are both 25,000won (prices are subject to a 10% VAT) 

Fug’s efficacy is widely known as it keeps body warm, helps blood circulation, prevent myogelosis and provides plenty of protein, vitamin B1, B2. It Also grows resistence to high-blood pressure, diabetes and other adult diseases while remove alcohol from body.
