Half Century in Culinary Arts ? Chief Chef Delivering Authentic French Cuisine


 


European Restaurant ‘the bistro’ celebrate its renovation and features a special promotion offered by the chief chef Gerard Mosiniak who spent over half century in culinary arts. The authentic French cuisine ‘Chef’s Special Recipe’ is avaviable for 58,000won (exclusive of 10% VAT).


 


The special recipe is offered as a 3-course dining including [Chartreuse of crab meat, melted leeks and crispy asparagus] as appetizer,  [Black pork belly confit & sweet and sour caramelized red onions & Fettucine sauteed with thyme flowers] as main dish. The main dish features ideal mixture of pork, pasta and red onion for optimal nutrition of guests. Authentic French style [Dark rum baba served with whipped double cream] is served as dessert. Coffee/tea is also available with lunch.


 


The restaurant introduces its newly renovated PDR (Private Dining Rooms) to host any types of dining occasions such as family, business and casual for 6 ~ 15 guests. Newly renovated ‘the bistro’ now offers brighter and more contemporary ambience with colorful interior design.
