
The Finest French Valentine’s Day Dinner by Michelin Star Chef
Novotel Ambassador Gangnam makes the 2011 Valentine’s Day more special with its ‘Special Valentine’s Day Dinner’ on February 14.
The special recipe of the dinner set, prepared by a Michelin Star chef, Mr. Gerard Mosiniak, features all French style dishes including ‘Oyster gratin, Wasabi-Champagne sabayon and Caviar’ and ‘Clear consomme with Lobster ravioli, seasoned with Saffron and Enoki Mushroomsfor appetizer and soup, ‘Risotto of black rice, Dublin bay Prawn tails, slightly salted Mangoes and Ginger’ and ‘Chanterelles mushrooms and Chestnuts, crushed potatoes with cracked Hazelnuts’ are offered as the main dish. ‘white Chocolate, Vanilla creme Brulee and red fruit’ and ‘Coffee or Tea and a Chocolate’ are also served as the dessert.
The dinner course is for 95,000won while a fruit-flavor wine ‘With one glass of Champagne’ can be added for 110,000won. (10% VAT exclusive)
