Hotel Novotel Ambassador Gangnam opens its buffet restaurant on October 14 with a new name ‘the SQUARE’ after a 3-month full renovation.

‘the SQUARE’ is designed by a world’s leading American design company ‘Wilson Associates’ and completely refurbished with mixture of cold & warm atmosphere with combined finishing materials of metal, wood and marble. The interior features balanced coloring with black, white and grey while accommodating up to 210 seats with 4 private dining rooms to host any types of dining experiences from family to business.

The buffet restaurant, located on 2F, uses transparent glasses for its walls to embrace views to outdoor street trees as well as lobby lounge with a waterfall. Also, the restaurant enriches the romantic mood for dinner with lightings from inside and outside of hotel.
