The Korean natural pine mushroom from Kangwon province produces best taste and flavor in early autumn and is considered the best quiality of pine mushroom while served as the hightest valued gift for Japanese people.

The chief chef at SHUNMI, Mr. Baek Han-man suggests ‘salted broiled pine mushroom’ as the best recipe of autumn’s special health dish. ‘Salted broiled pine mushroom’ is an instant table menu with Japanese brasier on which the mushroom is broiled and added with salt. The price is subject to the market price of pine mushroom. Other dishes available are ‘Steamed rice with pine mushroom (45,000won) and ‘Special sukiyaki with pine mushroom (75,000won)’.
