The Japanese Super Dining Restaurant ‘SHUNMI’ at Novotel Ambassador Gangnam presents a special summer
promotion ‘Ice Sake’ from July 14 to September 13.

SHUNMI, offering a 50% discount on Matsuri Days (4th, 14th and 24th of month),  features another festival with
Ice Sake on July 14 with Kagamibiraki Event. Kagamibiraki Event is a ritual ceremoy to make a celebration
by breaking a liquor jar.

The SHUNMI’s Ice Sake promotion offers 5 types of Ice Sake : Ozeki tarusake, Shochikubai takujo, Shizukuginjo,
Sasara tsuki and Meibo yowanotsuki. Also sparkling Sake, Ozeki Hana-awaka, is available from 40,000won
to 70,000won while two types of Ice Sake cocktails are included in the menu.

A glass of Ice Sake is served complimentarily for order of dinner on weekdays.

Good quality type of Sake is usually enjoyed cold with ice in the glass. The traditoinal Sake is poured over
a sqaured Matsujake containing abundant flavor of old pine tree.

Featuring 43 types of Sake from Japan at an exclusive Sake celler, SHUHMI welcomes Sake guests to its private
