Cho Gyo Tang was first introduced in 1795 in the "Gwaegwaegwaegwageum",
a collection of Hoekyunggung Hong, a mother of King Jeongjo of the Joseon Dynasty.
Not only Silky Fowl, Ginseng, Abalone, Balloon Flower, and shiitake, but also Danggwi, Eomtree, Gamcho, Hwanggi,
and Cheongung were added to make the broth strong and provide a fragrant aroma with parsley.
